Per-seller shipping
Each seller ships the items it sold. If your order contains items from more than one seller, it can arrive in several parcels, dispatched separately and possibly on different days. You'll see a shipment and tracking per seller on the order. There's nothing extra to do.
Delivery methods
- Parcel locker: collect from a nearby locker, 24/7, for items that fit.
- Courier: delivery to your door for most parcels.
- Two-person delivery: for large appliances (fridges, washing machines), carried to the room of your choice.
- Click & collect: pick up from a participating point where the seller offers it.
Estimated times
Parcel-locker and courier deliveries typically arrive in 1-3 business days after dispatch; two-person delivery for large appliances is usually scheduled within 2-5 business days. Each listing shows the seller's estimated dispatch time, and the order shows the live estimate once dispatched.
