The marketplace model
Mercur is a true marketplace. Inventory comes from three kinds of sellers, and every listing tells you which one you are buying from:
- Mercur (first-party): stock we source, store and ship ourselves.
- Verified third-party sellers: independent retailers we vet for identity, returns handling and delivery performance before they can list.
- Certified refurbishers: specialists offering certified-refurbished devices, each graded and warrantied.
When several sellers offer the same product, we surface the offers together so you can choose on price, condition, delivery speed and seller rating, not just on who listed first.
The buyer promise
Every order is protected the same way, whoever the seller is: clear pricing with VAT shown, a 30-day return window from each seller, warranty support, and Mercur buyer protection if something goes wrong. We hold every seller to the same standard so you don't have to think about it.
